Emily Lubinski

EDD Ballet & Pointe Mistress, Emily Lubinski, is a professional ballet dancer, teacher, and choreographer from Dallas, Texas. She has danced with Ballet Foundation, Chamberlain Ballet, The Boston Ballet, Ballet Theatre Dallas, and Contemporary Ballet Dallas, and has performed and competed internationally. In over ten years of teaching classical ballet, Emily has developed a beginning through professional Cecchetti-based ballet curriculum, and has taught and choreographed for several professional dance companies, including The Frisco Ballet and Ballet Bellevue.

Emily holds her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington, and in 2012, she was selected by the Washington State Arts Commission, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts, as one of a select group of recognized Teaching Artists in the State of Washington. In 2011, Emily created a comprehensive dance education program and competitive dance team in Seattle's Ballard High School, which she continues to supervise.

Emily also teaches and choreographs for the University of Washington, and is Guest Artistic Director and Choreographer of Ballet Bellevue's professional company. Emily adores the Mo-Dazz family and is overjoyed to work with the talented students and incredible faculty of Elizabeth's Dance Dimensions.
