Welcome to Elizabeth's Dance Dimensions, a premier dance training and enrichment facility in the Pacific Northwest since 1992.

Home of the Regionally and Nationally acclaimed youth performing company; "Mo-dazz"! Established in 1989 by creator/director, Elizabeth Lanning. Members are selected by audition each spring; ages 7 - 19.

Elizabeth's Dance Dimensions was selected by Dance Spirit and Dance Teacher Magazine as one of the country's Top 50 competition studios/companies to be featured in this year's Competition and Convention Yearbook!

We produce strong, confident and highly skilled dancers and young people who learn the values of time management, self-discipline, team work and confidence for the days after High School. We also help facilitate/guide the serious dancer who wants a career in dance.

Our program instills positive self esteem, body awareness, concentration and focus, cognitive learning, awareness of and respect for others - lessons that last a lifetime.
